Our Muay Thai classes teach you traditional techniques and fundamentals, which includes use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees.
competition training
Our competition classes don’t just teach you how to fight, we teach you the rules and scoring so you know “how to play the game”. You will also learn in depth strategy tactics, situational drills and our fight system.

kickboxing
Our Kickboxing classes teach you Dutch Style Kickboxing, which is focused on a mix of various disciplines from Western Boxing, Point Kickboxing, and Muay Thai.
conditioning
Come train early in the morning if you’re getting ready for a fight or just trying to get back into shape. This class will incorporate fundamentals in high intensity and high repetition. You will learn how far you can push your body as you drill with a partner, hit the bag, or work with the coach.
